Getting started

The JoClip iPhone app is coming soon. You can use the web editor today. Import your media, arrange clips on the timeline, then add text, sound, and finishing touches. A recent desktop browser is recommended for the web editor.

Projects, files, and exporting

Keep your source files available on the device where you edit. Local project storage is not a backup: don’t clear app or browser data before saving important exports. If an export fails, check available storage and try a shorter export or lower resolution.

If you contact support about a problem, tell us the file format, approximate clip duration, and which effects were applied. Share an example file only if you are comfortable doing so.

Subscriptions and purchases

For an iPhone subscription, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → JoClip. You can also manage Apple subscriptions online. For a refund request, visit Apple’s purchase support.

For purchases through Google Play, use Google Play subscriptions. For website purchases, open the billing portal from your account.

To recover an eligible app purchase, sign in with the store account used to buy it and select Restore purchases in JoClip’s Account section. Deleting JoClip or deleting your JoClip account does not cancel a store subscription.

Delete your account or data

In the JoClip app, open Account, choose Delete account, and confirm. You can also request account deletion by emailing [email protected] from the email address linked to your account. We may ask you to verify ownership to protect your information; we will never ask for your password.

Deletion removes your account and associated account-based project information and favorites. Limited transaction, security, backup, or legal records may be retained where needed. Files and exports saved on your device must be removed from that device separately. Remember to cancel any store subscription separately.
